Söring GmbH invites to the symposium "Ultrasonic tumor dissection and bone cutting in neuro- and spine surgery using SONOCA system" which will take place on July 25 at 1 p.m. during the CAANS congress in Abuja, Nigeria, in the F.C.T. Hall of the Transcorp Hilton Hotel.

This symposium gives an interesting overview of the treatment options for neurosurgery and spine surgery. Moreover, Söring will present its SONOCA 300 ultrasonic generator and two Micro instruments of the MS pen series which allow an efficient reduction of tumour mass and a fine preparation of the tumour tissue. Professor Abdessamad El Ouahabi, Department of Neurosurgery at the Hopital of Specialites in Rabat, Morocco, will explain the clinical indications in neurosurgery and spinal surgery and report from practice. Finally, the participants can experience the Micro instruments and the SONOCA in a workshop.

For the third time, the Congress will be hosted by the Continental Association of African Neurological Societies (CAANS). After Algiers in 2014 and Cape Town in 2016, it will be held in Abuja this year. The three-day congress brings together neurosurgeons from all parts of Africa and offers a rich scientific and social program. From July 24 to 26 you will get the opportunity to exchange experiences and get to know modern treatment methods. As more and more young African doctors have become enthusiastic about neurosurgery in recent years, the challenges and progress made in training neurosurgeons will be another hot topic of the conference.

Our partners from PPC are happy to welcome you on booth no. 7, where you can learn more about Söring's ultrasonic products.
